On October 5, 2009 Teacher Marc welcomed 50 orphans from the Bodali community to school. During the first year of this school, they operated without a North American church partner, gratefully this year the Lititz GBC is taking on the school so the believers at Bodali won’t have to go it solo.
The Bodali Grace Brethren Church is located in the region of Bossangoa, an area which is sometimes off-limits to travelers during occasional times of instability.
Paoua & Boguila, one of the most dangerous regions of the Central African Republic. These brothers and sisters have suffered the loss of homes, possessions, and family members to continuing skirmishes between troops loyal to the president and rebel factions. To further destabilize the situation are bandits.
All these factors combine to produce a lot of orphans, and the Grace Brethren Church of Bodali is excited to reach out to these needy kids with real help.
